Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund, replacement, or credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days of purchase. Upon verification, we will either issue a full refund or promptly ship a replacement order at no additional cost.

Opened or Reconstituted Products

For safety and quality control purposes, once peptides have been opened and/or reconstituted, they are not eligible for return.
